Facial hair looks ugly and scraggly on the majority of men.
Most men haven’t the proper ability to maintain a daily routine of hygiene and self care for long beautiful hair.
Most men don’t like dancing, or poetry, or such things that would make them more desirable to sensible, mature women, because, it seems, for most males it is too much work.

I am very lucky, though. I got myself Elrond, and he looks it <3 and acts it <3 <3 and I couldn't be happier <3 <3 <3

I love elvish men and anime guys but that was uncommon in my generation growing up. I was born in 82. I think many women still prefer a grisly dude. I mean look how many chicks love Thor and Captain America. And Indiana Jones is still popular. I was sitting in a speech and drbate class a few years ago where many non geekish girls were introduced to Jean Luc Picard for the first time and they were digging the self assured demeanor and bald head. I think those of us who like soft men are still in the minority even if it is a bit more popular now.

I love LOTR. I don’t think Tolkien intended the Elves to look feminine. And I can honestly say I am not attrected to it. The more rugged, the better. Give me Aragorn any day. Love beards. Love men who get dirty. Love strong men who *look* strong.

Elven men are babes! When I think of macho, I think of insecure men acting aggressive to feed their shattered pride. When I think of Elven, I think of confident men secure in who they are that they focus more on their intelligence, integrity, and looking presentable for future opportunities. These are the brave guys who keep a positive outlook and their emotions in check by acknowledging them and dealing with them instead of hiding them behind a sour face. These men show maturity and respect to both women and men and that makes them even more admirable and attractive! Macho is so superficial and unhealthy (especially those who are misogynists). Women like an independent man, not those who want u to cook and do the “women” roles, that’s a TOTAL turn off!
